Passive: 10% Ability Range

Active: After a 1.5s arming delay, a rose springs from the ground at the target point, and the first other player that walks over it will shatter and consume it.

If triggered by an ally, it will dispel negative debuffs and grant a 4s movespeed increase. However, it will apply a 15% incoming damage debuff.

If triggered by an enemy, it will purge any positive buffs, apply a movement slow and grant a 15% outgoing damage amplifier for 4s.

I feel as though there is space for another dispel support item with the amount of CC being thrown around in the game currently, but there needs to be a tradeoff. This item might be a good workaround, where both teams may choose to trigger it depending on timing/gamestate. Could also cause some cool moments where you could bait a player into taking it and a bad fight.

The only thing I'm unsure on is the slow - perhaps it should incur another buff/debuff instead of more CC. I know mines can cause problems (looking at you Techies).
