The Noble - Active item specialist / Spirit / Support

I thought more about the kit than design, so I'm keeping it simple.


I've noticed there are certain characters whos kits somewhat mirror others, like vindicta and grey talon, or Yamato and Drifter, and I think this would be a fair "mirror" character to Rem, but more focused on active items and soul gain than farm steal and wave control.



Weapon - Gilded revolver
A simple golden revolver, slightly higher firerate and lower damage than doorman.

Notable base stats :

Low base health : 700 (+33)
Good spirit scaling on Health regeneration : 2.5 (0.18 spirit scaling)





Ability 1 - Golden wave
Wave your hand and release a slow expanding cone shaped wave of gold dealing 75 (1.2 spirit scaling) damage and reducing cooldown rate by -8%(0.1 spirit scaling) for 6 seconds

Will be cast from your Representative in the direction you are looking if active.

3m/sec travel rate (affected by range)

(1AP) : +1 charge
(2AP) : +40 wave damage and +1s wave duration
(5AP) : Wave now also inflicts cooldown steal on enemies for 4s, causing you or allies that damage them with gun damage to steal 2.5s cooldown from all their abilities and reduce their own by that much. Can only trigger once per enemy per wave. If you or your Representative trigger this effect, it reduces both of your cooldowns.



Ability 2 - Representative
Cast on ally to form a contract with them, causing any active items and abilities you use that effect yourself to instead be cast on your Representative for the duration, as well as granting them regeneration equal to yours
(This includes effects that ONLY target yourself, such as dispel magic or refresher)

Using the ability while a Representative is active will begin a 2s channel to teleport to them, interrupted by taking player damage and goes on a 2s cd upon taking player damage.

Holding the ability key with an active Representative will end the contract

Only 1 Representative can be active at a time.

(1AP) : -8s cooldown
(2AP) : +3s contract duration and +10% cooldown rate for you and Representative
(5AP) : Your Representative gains spirit power and gun damage equal to 30% of yours for the duration, and kills or assists extend the contracts duration by 4s.



Ability 3 - Gilded slot
This ability does nothing on its own, but placing an active item in this slot performs a 1s channel to slot it, preventing it from being removed unless sold, and making the item behave as an ability to your other items and abilities, as well as granting passive buffs to it. (Cannot slot Echo shard or Refresher)

+20% total damage, healing, radius, and duration of slotted item.
-20% total cooldown of slotted item.

(1AP) : Slotted items sell for +4.5% value every minute you hold them from the 50% base, up to 120%.
(2AP) : Slotted item gains +40% spirit and boons scaling
(5AP) : Slotted item is enhanced but gains 30% longer cooldown



Ability 4 - Bounty
Set a bounty on an enemy within 22m of you, marking them, making them visible through walls and reducing their resistances by 10% for 14 seconds.

For every 10% of health the target had when the bounty was placed grant 40 souls (up to 400) to whoever killed them as unsecured souls

(1AP) : You heal for 10% of damage dealt to target as regeneration over 5 seconds
(2AP) : Target is silenced for 3s on cast
(5AP) : Bounty duration freezes for 1s when the target takes player damage (1.5s cooldown), and +80 souls per kill the target had that life for the bounty.
