The Mentor - Melee / Support / Hybrid (Just abilities)

Main note : This character is mostly the ability ideas, I haven't thought of a backstory or gun stats(I'm not a gun main), but I'm imagining their gun as a shotgun cane.




Ability 1 - Flash bomb
toss a high weight projectile that explodes in a 7m area for 40 (1.2 spirit scaling) spirit damage, and extends parry cooldowns by 1s (only affects parry cooldowns that have already started) (cleansable)

1AP : +1.5m explosion area
2AP : +1 charges. -5s cd
5AP : -2s charge cd. targets are now afflicted with -20% melee resistance and movement speed



Ability 2 - Friendly apparition
Send a spectral version of yourself to aid an ally for a time, passively granting +1.5m/s movement speed, and mimicking your melee and parry actions, when you melee the apparition will melee in the direction of the nearest enemy with the same melee range as you, then teleport back to the target.

The apparition is destroyed if the target is heavy melee'd or if it is parried.

Apparition melee damage = 30% heavy melee damage + 24 (1.0 spirit scaling) spirit damage
counts as heavy melee.

1AP : -9s cooldown
2AP : +1.5s duration and +40% heavy melee distance for apparitions
5AP : +1 apparition health (can be parried/melee'd an additional time) and they gain damage equal to 10% of targets current health



Ability 3 - Insight
(Passive) You can see enemy parry cooldowns, when an enemy within 15m parries, gain an Insight stack, increasing melee damage by 20%, stacking up to 3 and lasting 12s

1AP : Insight stacks also grant +6% spirit and bullet resist
2AP : If you or an ally are parried within Insight stack range, grant them 250 barrier (0.8 spirit scaling) (10s individual cd, procs for you from apparitions)
5AP : Allies in Insight range also gain the Insight stacks and parry cooldown visibility, Insight stacks are now also granted for every 3 heavy melee strikes landed by you or allies within range.



Ability 4 - Shattering blow
Charge up a strike over 1.5s, then release explosive force in a 20m cone in front of you, dealing 160 (1.5 spirit scaling) spirit damage and reducing targets melee resistance by -30% and shattering their parries, causing them to go on cooldown for +1.5s

2AP : -30s cd
5AP : Now stuns for 1.25s. While on cooldown, landing a heavy melee on a player reduces this abilities cooldown by 8s
