Very quick concept, hope it is good brainstorming ideas!
Gun: Flame Thrower but shoots from his hand... like Pyro from TF2 so like a cone and deals AOE damage.
1st Ability: Searing Chains
Close range, roots 2 random units around the hero - prioritizing heroes.
Ember Spirit chains but instead of DOT it does a instant nuke.
Potentially it could cost the hero HP so that it is like he is using the flame from his body to create the fire - also to combo with the ultimate.
2nd ability: Fire Tornado
Use some HP to burn self and deal damage in an area around the hero. While burning the hero is 'ethereal shifted' but cannot move. Essentially, a burning tornado - used to dodge spells, punches, etc.
3rd ability: Ixian passive
Causes melee, abilities, bullets or items to cause a (DOT) burn effect that scales with the hero's regeneration and max HP.
Can be activated to change all fire to a blue flame which lets the passive also deal % HP damage and to scale with spirit. (Potentially to consume HP to activate this ability to combo with ultimate).
4th ability: Fire Blood
Damage taken from any source is converted into % HP regeneration.
Can be activated so that for a short duration the hero can over heal max HP from regeneration sources. While activated, the healing is doubled.
