Timeweaver is a spirit support hero who excels on clutch single target saves and suppressing enemies through soft cc and other debuffs. This hero is heavily inspired by oracle from dota 2. The lore is that Timeweaver is attempting to overcome some sort of illness/curse that is destined to kill him. In order to prevent said death, he learned chrono magic in to stall for time and figure out how to prevent it entirely.
Ability 1: Timestream. Timeweaver launches a projectile that affects the first target it hits. If the target is an ally they receive a burst heal and movement speed up for a duration, while target enemies instead recieve spirit damage and a slow. This ability starts with two charges. Upgrades include increased damage/healing, cooldown reduction and the ability to pierce targets
Ability 2: attrition. Timeweaver applies a hex in an area that causes enemies to consume additional ammo when shooting. upgrades include decreased reload speed, increased duration and enemies lose a portion of their max ammo when affected.
Ability 3: Dilation. Passive ability that causes any effects he applies via abilities or items to be extended when he heals or deals damage depending on the target. this effect
Ultimate: Defy Fate. Timeweaver applies the defy fate buff to the target hero (can be self targeted.) This ability causes the target to delay damage and healing received, while still apply effects such as focus lens, pain battery and so on. At the end of the buff the targets health changes based on the total healing - total damage taken. Healing recieved is increased based on spirit. Upgrades duration increase, increased spirit resistance and cleanse debuffs on cast + debuff resistance.
