[Ability Concept] Soft CC Combo

Combo where an ult is easily countered by counterspell/unstoppable but when a second ability is added it becomes difficult, making the ultimate more powerful at close range.
Ability 1 - deafens an enemy so that they cannot hear
Ability 2 - (global) plays 'sssh' sound effect for the targeted hero, a moment later they are muted+silenced

Example Hero:

OSIC Guy

Role: Assassin / Disruptor
Stats: 3 Stamina • Low Health • Close-Quarters • Burst Pistol (low sustained damage)
A stealth-focused eliminator who relies on stamina to evade damage and disrupt enemies before executing precise kills.

Ability 1 — Deafening Blast

Unleashes a cone shockwave that deafens enemies, dispels buffs, and deals burst damage.
  • Tier 1: Increased damage
  • Tier 3: Becomes charged
  • Tier 5: Reapplies damage and dispel when deafen ends

Ability 2 — Assassin’s Dagger

Throws a skillshot dagger that applies a damage-over-time effect, slows, and bounces to a second target.
  • Tier 1: Increased slow
  • Tier 3: Reduced cooldown
  • Tier 5: Additional bounce

Ability 3 — Guile (Passive)

Spending stamina grants temporary invisibility and bullet evasion.
  • Tier 1: Increased sprint speed
  • Tier 3: Increased evasion
  • Tier 5: Extended duration

Ultimate — Kill Order

Marks a target globally with a faint audio cue before activation. After a delay, the target is silenced and muted, preventing communication and ability usage.
  • Tier 1: Reduced cooldown
  • Tier 3: Increased duration
  • Tier 5: OSIC Guy ignores target resistances
