Combo where an ult is easily countered by counterspell/unstoppable but when a second ability is added it becomes difficult, making the ultimate more powerful at close range.
Ability 1 - deafens an enemy so that they cannot hear
Ability 2 - (global) plays 'sssh' sound effect for the targeted hero, a moment later they are muted+silenced
Example Hero:
Stats: 3 Stamina • Low Health • Close-Quarters • Burst Pistol (low sustained damage)

Marks a target globally with a faint audio cue before activation. After a delay, the target is silenced and muted, preventing communication and ability usage.- Tier 1: Reduced cooldown
