So here is the updated Textile Transmission, and the character sheet with it, it now has a limited 30s lifetime, and instead of gaining a continuous slow at T2, the stun was moved to T2, and T1 was made to extend the range. I should also point out that for the purposes of this ability's display, it's already leveled up to T2, so if it were not it would not show the stun value, and the base placement and teleportation ranges would be 25 and 40 respectively.
