Terrible Fps since the update

late game it gets worse fps drops to like 10 20 sound gets distorted and its especially impossible to play the close range characters game gets pretty unplayable in general even sometimes in lane, this happens every update so im guessing it will get fixed like always but i wanted to report what ive been struggling with
