FPS drops mid game and after the game fps never updates

First of all, thank you for this awesome game — it’s really enjoyable. I’d like to share a couple of issues I’ve encountered in hopes of helping improve the experience:

1. I experience significant FPS drops during gameplay, which sometimes makes the game unplayable. My Windows system and graphics drivers are both fully up to date.
2. When the “Show Frame Time and FPS” option is enabled, the FPS display becomes static after each game and stops updating.
