Hello!
I queued for a match and successfully found one; however, I was disconnected before I was even able to enter the game. I remained stuck on the character artwork loading screen. I then attempted to close and reopen the game, but this resulted in a 24-hour penalty. As a new player, I am still becoming familiar with the game, and this situation was unexpected. I kindly request that you review this incident, as the penalty appears to have been applied due to a technical issue beyond my control.
