24 hour ban + low prio on safe to abandon match

i had some internet issues which made me disconnect for about a minute, i was able to reconnect to the game quickly before later on the game made my whole pc crash but this was after the enemy drifter had disconnected and made the game safe to abandon

ive been able to reconnect just fine without any penalties before, and the fact it was safe to abandon makes me feel like its some sort of bug
