Hello,
I have received a temporary ban following a failure to connect to a match. This is not the first time it has happened where my game never connects to a match. Said matches do not even show up in my match history.
Similarly, there have been multiple instances where the game crashes as it tries to connect to a match and despite my best efforts to reconnect, it leads to another temporary ban.
Is there anyway to resolve this as the temporary bans have been getting longer and longer
