After an update I came across a bug where the 'speaking' icon permanently replaced teammates icons, sadly I lost the screenshot. Doesn't apply to those who didn't speak throughout the game though.
Speaking about icons... Is it only me or does anyone else think that icons in a team fight are a complete mess? If more than 2 players happen to be in one place icons start to jiggle around making it impossible to understand teammates and enemies positioning.
