Wait why is it the best movespeed item in the game

Besides the incredibly high bonus Movespeed, I could definitely see this as an option. I don't think the Movespeed or sprint speed is even needed. Just the increased stats and the higher stscks and passive stack building would make it a worthwhile upgrade.

It seems pretty strong, 80 seconds maximum to reach full stacks isn't that long, and healing 800hp in one go is pretty crazy.

For a T3 item? Naw 800 is fine.

i think it'll be balanced if i replace m/s with hp regen
