[REM] Tag along lets you use Restorative Locket on ally, inconsistency with other items?

restorative locket does not a have target option, its always yourself, however in the past it did have a target option, maybe some remnant or because exclusively it heals yourself that goes to ally? items like infuser, refresher, unstoppable.. and some others does not transfer to ally so i believe its kinda strange that Locket does go to ally, unless its just because it can heal. Reporting in case not intended
