1) Somehow I ended up with 13 items
2) When trying to get another item, I selected QSR as an item to sell, and while it was sold, I didn't get the new item
My guess is that I previously got something with a bonus item, therefore ending up with 13 items, and then I sold QSR, but since I already had 12 items, the new one just disappeared since I didn't have a free slot
