5 active items in street brawl

I was able to get 5 active items in street brawl, the 5th active was to be categorized as a "bonus item" or attached to the primary item. It did not appear in any active slot or receive a bind.

I got the same thing. on top of that later I got another active item and I when I tried to replace the item in my second slot, the bonus item from before went into the second slot instead. the curse that I was trying to take went into the fifth slot and became a dead item

The same happened to me

Same occurrence, I guess it happened to me when I got Health Nova as a bonus item and there is a check for an empty slot missing. Had a legendary item aswell, if it is important. (ID: 51932216)

Had the same issue. 4 actives, took an item with rescue beam as a "bonus", which became my 5th active item. I later took refresher, was prompted to sell one of my 5 active items, sold fleetfoot (my first active item that game), and rescue beam immediately filled it's place while refresher was hidden as rescue beam was prior. Match ID 52399097.
