Basically Metal Skin but for Spirit keyboard face rollers. There is virtually no counterplay to getting Mina ulted, Pocket ulted, Lash ulted, bebop ulted and ginnis ulted all at once. You just die.

We can't make it identical to Metal Skin, nor would Etheral shift count.

Hmmm... It should be an active item. I have an idea! "Fleshed out"!

T3 spirit item, gives 15% spirit resist, and on activation, turn yourself inside out for 5 seconds, on a 26 second cooldown and gain 20% spirit resist, but lose 10% bullet resist. Reactivate it to turn yourself back to outside out. Healback a percentage of the difference of health (not the damage, the difference of health!), from when you casted, and when you recast/duration timed out.

Icon could be an upclose of a muscled face looking like those day of the dead skulls, except with muscle.

35% spirit resist is genuinely horrible. Why would I go this instead of spirit resilience which is better stated? The fact metal skin invalidates multiple m1 strategies while there is no equivalent for the spirit side of things feels extremely unbalanced. There is 0 skill expression facerolling your keyboard and hitting unmissable abilities.

But isn't the point to mitigate a burst? What about the active? What if it's cooldown was reduced to 15 seconds?

I think the issue with fleshed out is the fact it doesnt really help against burst. Akatsuki mentioned it, and yeah, spirit resillience is just better because it gives 45% spirit resist (30% base, 15% extra under 50% hp)

I think if anything, it could maybe be a T4, and bounce back/reflect abilities with a set chance, sorta like return fire but it FULLY reflects it rather than just firing a bullet, meaning you could throw back a geist bomb towards the geist. Shouldnt work on ults though.

Also, Not related to you, but Spellbreaker would be a fairly good Spirit wombo combo denier if it didnt only proc for one burst hit and had a 9s CD. I might make a suggestion about that.

Great idea! And it makes fleshy bouncing gorey noises.

It's base should be 45%, so that way it can allow escalating exposure/spirit resist scaling more useful in heavy spirit comps.

The econ comes from being able to sustain heavy spirit spam and effects (very concentrated). I will post more about the implications of this. Spirit resilence is cheaper, and econ is just stronger spirit comp in general.
