Snowball does not improve in matches. No matter what level, it always deals 1 damage

same, this has been plaguing me constantly in my games, in the practice range in the hideout it's lvl 6 but when i get into a game it's back to lvl 0

ofc it doesnt do anything serious in mm, its just there for the spirit of the holiday
