Siphon Bullets permanently reduces the Seven bot's max health in the hideout

Repeatedly killing seven in the hideout with siphon bullets equipped will permanently reduce his max health every time he respawns and he will eventually become unkillable.

Ah just wanted to write this, it doesnt take long for him to become Invincible.
