Beatdrop deadlock hero concept

Beatdrop was the main singer and drummer of the punk band “Riot City.” (again wip name) He is a relatively charismatic guy who loves to play the drums. Ever since the first incident he gained the power to make his music even louder. His drumsticks are his weapons to success. He is able to create a drumset from thin air and start playing.

Beatdrop used to be in soundvortex (wip name) with Billy and some other bandmates. They met a long time ago and started the band out of fun. They made a lot of music, none of which got popular at first. But eventually they made it. They made an album that changed their lives forever. They had everything. But something changed. After all the fame, the money, everything, the band started to grow apart. Billy became an anarchist who changes his head to a goat for whatever reason. Beatdrop was the only one left who never stopped. He kept making music, but none of it was as popular as it was. Ratings went down, and the band faded into obscurity. He is in the ritual because he wants to have what he used to have. The band, his friends, his fame, all of it. He just wants to live in the glory days like how it used to be. And he will do anything it takes to become relevant again.

Beatdrop is dressed mostly like an emo with baggy pants, long hair, shaded eyes and a band tshirt that is a little too big. his drumsticks are wrapped in chains from when he gained his powers. All of his abilities are based around music, but mainly drumming. I wanted his kit to be something that is able to glue the team together and really make a difference since having drums in a song makes all the difference. Drums is the glue that holds a song together, after all.

Beatdrop stats
2 Stamina hero
Wields to drumsticks that each shoot a note projectile out that does around 15 damage each at base
His first ability is soundwave. A big ring projectile that he shoots out that propels his enemies backwards and gets him decent momentum.
T1 gives him decreased cooldown
T2 gives him an extra charge and also allows it to be charged for a bigger blast and knockback when used airborne
T3 allows the move to apply silence when fully charged

His second ability is tuner (wip name) this allows him to pick an ally and tune them to the correct tuning. A meter appears and you have to properly time it right in the middle in order to get the full effects. When tuned perfectly, allies get healed for 100 health and get increased movement speed for 5 seconds. If hit nearly perfect, they just get an additional 100 overhealth for 5 seconds and when you miss your tuning, you get nothing.
T1 reduces cooldown when hit perfectly in the middle and adds 50 extra healing
T2 instead of individual allies, it emits a small wave that affects nearby allies
T3 allows allies who are in the area and allows health scaling for the healing part

His third ability is a passive called “rhythm.” Hitting music notes consecutively on enemies charges a meter. once charged, it gives him additional dash distance, movement speed, stamina regen and health regen. This only stacks 5 times at first, but the more you play, the more buffs you get. If you don’t hit enemies for a while, it begins to decay and you lose these buffs. This does not count for troopers, but it does count for towers. Getting these stacks also creates a trail behind him of sheet music that slowly dissipates when he isnt hitting enemies.
T1 gain an additional 3 charge for rhythm
T2 decay is reduced
T3 all buffs are amplified as well as additional fire rate when charged.

His ultimate ability is “showtime.” he pulls out his drum kit and begins to play a song. During this, he remains stationary. A rhythm game style mini game shows up and you must press your movement keys to the beat in order for it to work to it’s full potential. Each beat he plays, a wave begins to suck in enemies. On the final beat drop, it pushes all enemies within the radius away from him far away. If you miss notes, the radius is smaller. if you miss all the notes, the rhythm game ends. each rhythm game section is randomized so you can't just memorize it, you have to pay attention.
T1 increases radius and damage a little
T2 each beat he hits does a small amount of damage to those in the radius. This scales slightly with spirit
T3 final beat drop stuns enemies for 2 seconds

Beatdrop (wip name) is mainly a support hero that is also able to make a big impact throughout most of the game. He has high mobility with his third ability and first ability, but is very volatile and has little health. His lore with billy runs deep as they used to be band mates before billy went rogue and got a goat head. Beatdrop is able to keep up the pace with most of the team and allow pushing and retreating with the team by pushing back enemies and using his high mobility to get out of bad situations. I would love it if you were to consider this for deadlock. I think having a healer that is based around music would be absolutely amazing. Lucio is by far my favorite hero in overwatch because he is centered around music. I have been around music my entire life so music based characters really resonate (ha ha see what I did there) with me. I would love to see my dream come to life. It would be really cool. Thank you! Let me know what you guys think!
