Sinner's Sacrifices on map

I have no clue if this is intended but it is so annoying. Sometimes, the sinners will be destroyed, and then remain on the map until they respawn and are destroyed again. In my experience, this is incredibly inconsistent and might have something to do with rem gathering sinners from far away. I main rem and I spend way too much time walking to grab sinners that just aren't there

That's because the camp isn't cleared.
