I'll try to detail every issue I've noticed with Sinclair's ult alongside a video demonstrating some of the issues.
Sinclair turning into another character's model has resulted in two bugs, many ults lock him out of casting abilities even if they are not meant to, and projectile based ults such as Holiday's seem to be flagged for ending early. I will explain further.
First for the projectile ults: Holiday's Lasso, Paradox's Swap, and Vyper's Rock and Stone. These ults are playing their animations correctly but only for a few frames, if the ult connects with someone while Sinclair is still transformed as the respective enemy then it will still work. If the ult's projectile keeps going after Sinclair reverts back to his base model, the projectile becomes inert and will not cause any of the intended effects but the animation of it moving will still play. The linked video demonstrates this.
Second for the long duration ults: Kelvin's Dome, Drifter's Nightfall, Doorman's Hotel, ect. Sinclair will be locked out of all of his abilities and cannot use them until the duration ends. Notably all ults that have this issue with the exception of Infernus did not have Sinclair remain as their respective cahracter's models. For example, using Drifter's ult pre-patch would only have Sinclair transform during the casting animation and for the rest of the duration he would stay as his base model. Now when he uses Drifter's ult he will remain as Drifter's model until the buff placed upon him ends. I have also taken the liberty of transforming into Kelvin in the linked video so that it can be seen.
Some ults such as Wraith's seem unaffected by this, where Sinclair will not remain transformed but the ult preforms as normal. I demonstrate this in the video and genuinely have no idea why her's is unaffected by the projectile issue and other's are. My only guess would be that her's is unit target rather than point target so it has avoided the issue. Grey Talon's ult also keeps Sinclair transformed during the owl's flight and is why I believe it also functions as normal.
I'm only a layman when it comes to diagnosing the problem but all of them seem correlated to the model transformation changes Sinclair received.
There are some miscellaneous bugs I've noticed such as when Sinclair steal's Haze's ult, the after images on use are all stuck in an A-pose. Also an older bug I am aware of is that express shot does not work on Sinclair, he will fire the extra shots from his main character but Assistant will not fire at all if he procs Express shot. Last thing before I am done, Mo and Krill's crouching animation for when he walks left and right has his legs going in the opposite directions. If he moves crouch-right his legs will move as if he is going left and vice versa. I didn't know where else to put these observations of mine and none felt like they deserved an entire post for them so I'm tacking them on here.
