If I set my settings to "Fastest" using the Basic setting option, my screen is left flickering during the entire game on walls and floors. Match/Game runs just fine otherwise. I can shoot, use abilities, kill, hop around. Character models are fine; the only issue is Visually. I am running it on 4k resolution and the only way I can peak performance is with that Setting set to Fastest.
The moment I select the next tier up for quality, the flickering goes away but I am left with much lower fps.
Not sure if this is intended but I figured I'd make a post and let you decide.
