I didn't receive the reward for the New Year's event.
I completed all characters a couple of weeks ago, and only found out in the Discord channel that rewards were given for this—apparently, I wasn't given mine.

In the hideout yes,
but you can also go to your profile (top right corner in menu) and click on "showcase" where you can see the earned badges
