Unable to escape Initiate 2 rank.

I feel like it's impossible to escape the vacuum that is initiate 2. I have over a 50% win rate and frequently get MVP and carry my teams to victory, even pulling off wins in 5v6 matches after we have people on our team DC. My recent games have a much higher win rate (~58.6%) but the game refuses to budge my ranking even to initiate 3. It's pretty disheartening, especially since initiate games are where a lot of the smurfs, griefers, and new players that don't really know how to play end up, making it even harder to climb out of.

I play a lot of graves, silver, page, and mina. I have 200+ games played and my ranking hasn't changed since my first day in the game, when I had no idea how to play. It feels completely bugged. Not even a slightly higher initiate rank after weeks of play?

I have a friend I play with, almost all of his games we've played together. It bounces him around Archanist/Ritualist/Alchemist as we win/lose games, but mine never moves a single bit. It's starting to feel unfair for the people I play against and I'm noticing my lane opponents rage quitting more.

Their rank system sucks lol, just how it is. Give it some time.

Sometimes you can win three in a row and it won't register, but dare to lose a single match and get demoted. Give it time, the rank system it's still in development. My best advice is to not focus too much in a rank only you can see anyway.

i have the same EXACT issue especially with the friends jumping around and i'm not moving, has yours fixed yet or moved? im so sick of this

Keep at it and once and a while they bump up ranks. My advice is to turn the rank off in settings, forget about it, have fun and improve your skills.

2 months of play isn't consistent time to get out of initiate 2? Meanwhile the people who I taught the game to have graduated out of initiate in the very games that I've been playing in? lol

Same issue. Sucks that random people get their accounts bugged. I have friends that have 1/2 my play time and games played, and they are Arcanist and Oracle. I was there for every game they played, so you'd think I'd be a similar rank. Stuck at Initiate 2.

My good heros get the green arrow so the game knows I'm above my rank with those characters. It's being calculated somewhere but rank stays the same no matter what happens.

gf is in ascendant 4, consistantly saying i carried her there, im initiate 2 as well... stuck there, it cant be a coincidence that all these people are saying theyre also stuck there... it has to be a bug

made a new account, im now ascendant 2 on that account... but i have way more play time on my main so like... if it can get fixed that'd be pretty cool ngl... kinda ruins the game for new players since they have to get matched with my sweaty ass thats been playing for over a month...
