I saw someone posted about it some time ago, but it may be useful still.
I was playing kelvin and we were fighting for urn, and I think i ulted on top of the urn and made the game think i picked it up even tho i didnt, so i was perma silenced after that, even though my team managed to take it and deposit it. I tried to DC, but it didn't solve it. The way i found to solve it was to kms, but still sucks.
