The item would effectively shrink your size, and make you faster. It could have other caveats where your damage is reduced or you take more damage but increase in speed as well. It'd be something fleet foot, or some of the other items could build into. Got the idea after seeing too many calicos zip around the map, and just box farm, but basically be impossible to hit.
