After attempting to draw my own sketch and failing miserably, I found an image online that hit the nail on the head for what I had envisioned and added some quick sketches of the money bag and grenade launcher over it.Summary: Swindler is a hero who has 'two forms', a short and a tall. Each form offers different abilities and you transition from the different forms depending on your health and whether you have the specific passive up. When your health is reduced to half, gain invulnerability and unstoppable for 1 second while you transition to the short form (shortening the hurt box, allowing you to enter vents)
The 2 other goblins will scurry away from the trench coat when Swindler becomes short. Swindler will look like he's growing in height when becoming Tall (wiggles twice while raising up in the trench coat before officially becoming Tall state)
Tall form has better resistances, 3 stamina bar base, and better speed.
Short form is slower, 2 stamina bar base, has access to a good mobility option, access to vents.
Primary Attack: Fire a grenade launcher with good range, cannot damage self.
1. Mr Money Bags
Swing a bag of gold coins around you (damaging nearby enemies) and then throw it forward stunning the first enemy hit (Tall)
Hand over the HEAVY Bag to an enemy, stunning them for 1 second, point and click stun. (Short)
PASSIVE: If this ability is not on cooldown, your melee's steal unsecured souls. (Melee animation will be hitting them with the bag)
This ability will directly affect whether the character still has the bag on their shoulder or not [the bag should actually leave your model/animations when this ability is used, there should be a special animation that has the goblin/s take out another bag from the the trench coat when it is back off cooldown]
Becoming Short or Tall will restock a fresh bag instantly.
2. Goblin Engineering
Bullets shoot out from within the Trench coat damaging any nearby enemies. There will also be a chance of electric zaps emitting slowing nearby enemies and healing the Goblins (Tall)
Jump into the air with rocket boots (landing does AOE damage) (Short)
3. Swindler's Gambit
Active: Bring out a bomb with both hands that ticks down (can also be instantly detonated). This will half your health as well as doing AOE damage around you. Enemies may even be able to shoot the bomb. (Tall) (Maybe Short too)

Passive: You are joined by your Goblin allies (2 goblins enter the trench coat, changing the character hurt box and making them taller, you can't enter vents any longer). Heal for half of your health when becoming Tall. This Passive goes on Cooldown when you become Short/ Lose Half HP.
When Short, damaging an enemy by any means will take seconds off the cooldown of the Passive allowing you to get back into Tall form faster. Whenever the passive is back up, you will automatically become Tall.
If you know your Passive is about to come back up, Use Goblin Engineering when Short to re-engage with the enemy, damaging enemies with AOE explosives - you will then become Tall, healing for half your health
4. Surprise Petrol Bomb
Place hidden bombs around the map. (Tall + Short)
