I am writing regarding a temporary ban applied to my account.
I live in Ukraine, and over the past two weeks we have been experiencing serious and unpredictable power outages. Electricity can be available for only one hour or sometimes for several hours a day, and unfortunately we are often not informed in advance when it will be shut off.
Because of this, my computer and internet connection can suddenly turn off during a match, without any possibility for me to prevent it or reconnect in time.
I want to sincerely state that I did not leave the match intentionally. I am a very responsible player and I never leave matches on purpose before they end. You can verify this from my match history and behavior.
I understand why the ban system exists and I accept responsibility for the situation, even though it was not intentional. I truly enjoy your game, and even during such a difficult time for me and my country, I continue to play and support this project because I genuinely love it.
I kindly ask you to please consider my situation and review this temporary ban.
