I got banned for ~6 hours. I was playing a Standard match (Match ID 50553571) as Paradox. My game crashed because of corrupted files, steam client was stuck on 0% on the uncorrupting process. I could only fix my game by reinstalling it and I rejoined the match as soon as I could. I don't think my absence caused much frustration because by the time I reconnected, my team almost already won the game by themselves.
Is it possible to remove my ban?
