Using the dxvk async version seems to improve performance:

dxvk-async 1.10.3
  • Put dxgi.dll and d3d11.dll in the game folder
  • Set project8.exe to "Run as Administrator" in its right-click properties (this lets you launch it through Steam)
  • Create a file "dxvk.conf" and enter the line: "dxvk.enableAsync = true" (without the "s), save it
  • Go into the Sandbox and use each ability on each hero to compile and pre-cache the shaders
Caveat: It is unknown whether Valve's anti-cheat might detect and ban you for it at some point. DXVK creator advises care when using it with online games.

I've tried this on Windows 10. Attempting to launch the game errors with: "Failed to load rendersystemdx11.dll, which is the default rendersystem and should not fail to load. Please verify the game install in Steam."

I have tried it before uninstall the game,but it seems like a force update to the driver won't get the card an access to vulkan.
so dxvk is not working for these cards,at least for some point there is no solution for these(might related to the gpu ram),so all we can do is wait.

well yeah,cuz this issue is related to the performance,I don't see any sign that they will do some update for these.
Althought in my opinion these assets are not as high quality as dota2 or cs2,but still this is happening.
 
I can now enter a game with bots using more recent versions of the game, but the textures are still missing and performance is still poor, making the game barely playable at best.
 
The issue still presist after a series of updates in October(these are:10/7/2024 update,10/10/2024 update,11/10/2024 update).

These glitched texture seemed to be more weird and it became red and blue in a dark style,which looks some kind of cool but I'm not gonna play with this,absuloutly no.

BTW,it's already been 4 months for this post,and there is still no performance update that could fix this issue.

I got this game at June,and my friends got this game at august,and now they're already better than me.Not because I'm too bad at playing this game,but a tight-budget family that cannot afford a new pc.

I sincerely hope that I'm just playing some sort of "broken deadlock" ARG version,not this game supposed to look like this.
 
The issue still presist after a series of updates in October(these are:18/10/2024 update1,18/10/2024 update2(it's my birthday btw),24/10/2024 update).

idk is it just me or sth but I think these textures are getting darker and darker
