Render Error?

It's mostly for windows 7 for the version of Nvidia drivers that are 470.82 or higher:

It works with dxgi and d3d11 on windows 7
Got it.My driver stops at version 425.31 and I'm not sure that if a moddified driver could help.
Anyways thanks for your help!

From the screenshots it looks like some quantization problem, where an intermediate buffer / datatype in a shader can´t represent something..

You see similar patterns if you put two triangles in the same spot and the Z-Buffers resolution can´t resolve wether one or the other is in front, so you get "streaks" and things like that...

valve plz fix :D

I sure want them to fix this...I've reported this for 2 months.

Probably hard for them to reproduce / not top priority.
You first have to get a setup where this happens and then have working dev tools on it to capture the render calls and such to analyze what´s wrong.

I only have this pc,and the game happens this glitch.Idk if I can help any dev to analyze, but I would be happy if I can help.

GT650M/GT750M are low-end laptop graphics cards from 10-11 years ago, I really wouldn't expect them to be a priority since they are already way past the point of support since Nvidia officially dropped support for the Kepler architecture in 2021 (gt650m and gt750m are both kepler based gpus).

Well yeah but they can still play cs2/s&box without any issue or some big fps drop.
It still has some potentials althought it's 'outdated',and as for performance I think it's still better than some laptops with only integrated graphics today.
And the price are incredibly cheap as well.I can't afford a new laptop at least for a year.

The same issue plagues me even though I have a 3060 ti GPU , but since I have windows 7 the last suitable driver for it is from 2021. Also from freshly updated game.
My god, just install Linux and get it over with if you are not going to upgrade. Connecting a Windows 7 box to the modern internet is a risk for everyone. You are lucky you are not hosting a botnet C&C server on your machine (if you are not already).

Nah, Windows 7 has always been a linux distro already
I think Linux 7 doesn't have as much recources as Windows 11 and that's what's breaking it, VALVe can't fix this if that is the problem
Nah, there's enough duck tape for a linux distro

Well, they are cheap obviously since they are past end-of-support. But you can't really expect a brand new game in alpha to optimize for 10+ year old graphics cards that haven't gotten support from the manufacturer for 3 years.
