Rem cannot attach helpers to the troopers riding the hyperline

In the past you COULD use Rem's S3 on the troopers that are riding the line, buuut after some update in the past it broke. All it does now is show the UI marker for attaching helpers, and when you use it on them is put the ability on a 5 second cooldown, like when using it and not targetting anything.

This was purposefully removed by the Dev's because you could purposefully hang back at base to apply a helper on the hyperline in order to give one lane a massive advantage during the initial conflict.
