After reviewing how poorly Rebuttal performs in general compared to other items, I thought I would work up an upgrade that I think is acceptable. It isn't SUPER strong, but it does provide a bit of extra immediate survivability as well as a tool to help keep you in the fight. Rebuke is a bit more general use than Rebuttal, but also has Rebuttal's Passive so it still works extra well against melee, but isn't ONLY a melee item.
