Rank system!

Hello dear Valve. I would like to inform you that the ranked system is not working properly. I dont really care about ranking up or not i just want to point it out for you to notice and take action! I played with a friend the same amount of games almost. I played some solo ones that were mostly wins. He is alchemist and im stuck initate 2 for more than a week. i dont go lower i dont go higher just there. wraith and haze says high relative to skill rating. this should be looked futher i believe.

The Rank System Works (trust me ive 2k+ hours) and the reason why your "Stuck" is because you have a negative winrate. 47% is not even every 2nd game winning. So you belong there unless you have some sort of winning streak or better win rate = you carry the lobby (what you need to do in Initiate even to Ascendant).
Try to Improve how idk therefor i cant see your stats but for that Rank and the Kills over all you have 8.28 Kills per Match and only 6.46 Assists compared to that souls ~40k a Match seems like you be a little bit too passive but more i cant tell you. Obj DMG is good 9k+. But thats all i can tell you rn. <3

i see what you mean. the thing is first 15 games i was a complete target dummy. after that i started winning but i lost many games in the beginning. THE thing tho is that my friend has the same winrate as me and he is alchemist. every few games he promotes and deranks meanwhile i dont even seem to derank. i did that losestreak at the beginning with my friend. i know that deadlock doesnt care about kills, gold etc. its only about the win and loss rario. for example those are my last 3 games. i would expect to rank up faster with such scores but ik thats not how it works. ign(lossandgain)

You need 60%+ WR to even remotely rank up in this system, no matter what rank you actually are. Because the system only takes win/loss into consideration and not performance.
