Quicksilver reload bug

Quicksilver reload does not always give full ammo when used on Mina's 1. When I've exhausted the 12 shots and then use the 1 immediately it sometimes leaves me with 10 or 8 ammo instead of the full 12. I've only tested this in the lobby area.

Was it fully charged? If you use it while only partially chrged it will give partial bonuses

I didn't catch that it had a charging time so I assume that was the cause. Thanks for letting me know of this
