Muting a player and disabling comms doesn't effect ping wheel voice lines. I just had a game where a player was on a smurf account (<30 games played) and was intentionally feeding (8 deaths in lane and 10 the game before). He spent all the time he was dead spamming the "thanks" and "good job" voice lines on his ping wheel. Despite muting him, these voice lines persisted. There is no cooldown on ping spamming. He did this nonstop for 20+ minutes. The video attached is of the match. This needs to be fixed to prevent this from happening.
