Ryzen 9 5950X CPU, RTX 4080 GPU. Performance for the last week has been horrible. Every 7-12 seconds I drop from 200+ fps down to under 20. This is making me extremely motion sick. I have tried changing every video setting in the game, I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game and my graphics drivers. I've also tried running Steam as an admin, disabling any mods I had, and disabling Discord overlay. Nothing has worked.
