Sudden Disconnect / Ping Spikes

For the past two weeks (approximately) I have been getting very bad lag spikes and sudden disconnects in my standard and more recently street brawl matches. Usually exiting the game and reconnecting will make things stable for a time but if a game runs longer it will happen again. I am using ethernet connect as well. For reference I am on the OCE servers. I've tried resetting my router but the issue persists.
