Performance Issues after extended sessions

My game runs perfectly with little to no FPS drops for the first game, maybe even for the second game of the day. However, after playing for an extended period of time it seems I get very common stutters or even complete freezes. I'm not a game dev but it reminds me of memory leaks I've experienced in the past. Lowering my settings to minimum does not change this, and my PC is relatively powerful.

I should mention that when I played a few months ago, my game ran perfectly, too.

Yes, this game does have a memory leak. I restart my game after every other match to ensure I don't get performance issues
