Massive Performance Issues - Vulkan and DX11

I've been having issues with my game since the Old Gods, New Blood updates started. At first when running my game with DX11 it would hitch really bad occasionally during matches, and crashes were frequent. I read in a thread to try switching to Vulkan shaders, which helped my performance immensely. However when Venator released after playing the game for a bit, my game will get lower and lower fps until i reset it. Sometimes the FPS dips into the single digits making the game completely unplayable. I've tried switching back to DX11, and it runs great, but randomly will hard crash my PC while using it as my renderer. No matter what option I choose I'm stuck with an awful performance with this game. It's a shame as well because I don't have enough time before my game starts chugging to play an actual match of Deadlock, and am stuck to about 1 round of street brawl before I have to completely reset my game. I miss playing the main mode a lot and even just miss not having to completely relaunch every 10-15 minutes. Would love if performance could be looked into as I've seen plenty of threads complaining about similar/the same issues with no solutions that work for me in sight.
