I am writing to report a serious technical issue that occurred during Match ID 57572783.
My in-game nickname is “Фиданука Япомиду”, and I was playing as Synclair. During this match, both I and my teammate playing Bebop experienced severe technical problems.
Starting at approximately the 20-minute mark, or shortly after the enemy team defeated the mid-boss, the game became nearly unplayable:
I kindly request that your team review the replay/demo of Match 57572783, as I believe it clearly demonstrates the problems we encountered.
Additionally, I would like to mention that since the addition of the six new heroes (Rem, Graves, Silver, Celestia, Venator, and Apollo), many players — including random teammates I matched with — have been experiencing similar performance issues: massive freezes, extremely low FPS, and situations where the game visually stops while sound continues normally.
I truly want to help improve Deadlock. I appreciate all the work your team is doing, and I am grateful for the opportunity to play and test this game. My goal is simply to make it better for everyone.

My in-game nickname is “Фиданука Япомиду”, and I was playing as Synclair. During this match, both I and my teammate playing Bebop experienced severe technical problems.
Starting at approximately the 20-minute mark, or shortly after the enemy team defeated the mid-boss, the game became nearly unplayable:
- My teammate’s game crashed every two minutes, making it impossible for him to continue playing normally.
- After one of these crashes, he attempted to restart the game, but Deadlock froze in Steam, and he was unable to reconnect to the match at all.
- At the same time, I was experiencing extreme freezes and frame drops. The game would show roughly 1 frame per second during fights — I could hear all sounds, but the visuals were basically frozen.
- After losing the match (which I did not even fully witness because I was stuck on loading screens), I received a 2-hour matchmaking ban, which I believe is unfair given that the issues were technical and not intentional.
