Particle Accelerator - T3 Spirit Item
Stats - to be determined.
Effect: Increase the speed of ALL your projectiles by 25%
This will include bullets, projectiles from abilities and items.
Bebop's hook, Vindicta's crow and stake, Grey Tallon's arrow, silence glyph, slowing hex, EVERYTHING is faster.

Now that I think about it. It could be a T2 item, if you don't make the Stats too much.

Honestly think that Bebop and Tallon would like to use their slots for other stuff. Their skills are already pretty easy to use(especially tallon, he doesn't really need this). This item is a fun idea, but they will probably add this effect as a bonus for another item.

I would never skip it as talon, those longer range shots sometimes require a massive lead and/or pre-empting a dodge and 25% faster would make it undodgeable at 0-30m.
Also faster bird would be disgusting, from drone strike to missile strike
