T3 vitality item. The player who buys this item can continue casting active items on to a teammate(e.g. Guardian Ward, Healing Rite, Restorative Locket) while spectating them. This includes the 4-second post-death screen as well, but does not include the spectator mode when the player is alive.
If the player obtains the s4.8K investment bonuses in all categories(weapon, vitality, spirit), they can cast active items on to the enemy players(Slowing Hex, Spirit Sap) as well, starting from 50% duration and range of the item, linearly scaling up to 100% at s9.6K investment in all categories. If the spectated player scores a kill under the effect of an item cast via Spectral Blessing, the player who owns Spectral Blessing gets some(25% ?) portion of the bounty as an assist.
The cast item's stats are also affected by the items of the person who owns Spectral Blessing. For example, if they already bought Greater Expansion, the range of the cast item is determined by Greater Expansion and the amount of investment in all categories.
