I have been thinking, what could enable some gun meta characters to have spirit builds, and came up with a crutch that is rather ugly but could be alright for testing.
somewhere at 1750g or 3000g cost
Effect:
Imbue an ability with extra Spirit Power Scaling,
but the Cooldown of it also gains a scale up in length with Spirit Power.
A spammable CC/mobility skill of a bullet heavy character turns into a nuke that is compensated with a longer cooldown.
