When you kill an enemy with an ultimate ability, your current and next ultimate gains +10(x0.05 [+20 at 200 spirit]) spirit power. Stacks.
Trade off non-ultimate abil cooldowns for more often ultimates and slightly more impactful abils.
And, even with transcendent CD you only barely break even
I've really been yearning for an item that is a lot of imbued CDR and this is a ultimate style take on that
alternative names:
Pearl of Attunement
Astral Pearl
Astral Helm
Compressed Aether
Attuned Cooldown (although this works more for an imbue cdr item)
