I have been unable to progress past the Initiate 2 rank, despite consistently performing well and meeting the supposed requirements for rank up. My Rank Progress bar remains completely full (100%), and I have played multiple matches while at this "full progress" state, winning more than I have lost. My winrate is %50.26

What do you mean "rank progress bar?"
The differently coloured bars just show how much you've played each of the heroes and are not connected to your rank(up) afaik

you shouldnt be losing games in initiate man, you should be stomping hard like I would probably win 15 in a row there just pick carries that can actually carry

i won 11 games in a row and the rank didn't budge, that's really not the point, this is a bug that a lot of people still have including people with 60%+ winrate, so i dont get your argument
