Rank stuck on Initiate 2

My rank is stuck on initiate 2. in my last 16 games i have won 12 but still no change. I think this is some sort of bug, as ive seen a lot of ppl with the same issue on initiate 2. Please someone look into this.

Had this prob for awhile too. I'm getting very discouraged that so long has passed without even a comment on this???

i used to have this to, the problem is just that you were probably that bad before that ur mmr is in the gutter. just play alot and dominate games and youll get out of it eventually.. took me about 100 games (200 games with 42% winrate to 300 games with like 50+ winrate)
