Throwing multiple scarabs onto an enemy will give them an invisible healthbar that they will take damage from. In this example I've used echo shard to remove all the health bar, however it still takes about 200 damage to kill this bot. The damage will tick on an invisible healthbar. This bar will also tick damage BEHIND the actual health bar when multiple scarabs are applied.
